2011 marked the recording of Steve's fourth live cd and first ever professionally recorded dvd, both titled "Mental Fornication".
In addition, the years 2008 and 2009 have also been very big for comedy veteran Steve Sabo. In addition to recording and releasing his 3rd hour long cd, "A Mouthful of Sea-Monkeys", Steve was chosen to perform at the inaugural and sophomore Detroit International Comedy Festivals, Saskatoon's Great Plains Comedy Festival and Calgary's Funnyfest.
He was one of only four comedians chosen to perform at 2008's "Gathering of the Juggalos", a four day festival for thousands of hardcore rock and rap fans that included appearances by The Insane Clown Posse, Ice T, 2 Live Crew and wrestling legend "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. Showing vast diversity, he was also asked to open up for Comedy Legend Joan Rivers that same year and performed for the troops in Iraq and Kuwait.
He also recently began filming his first feature film, the horror movie "Hell's Lake" written, directed and produced by award winning filmmaker James Welch.
With rave reviews of his cd and ever increasing exposure on XM/Sirius Satellite Radio, the future may be unknown for this diverse and energetic performer, but it is going to be a wild ride!
